We use the ServSafe Starters training program from the National Restaurant Association. This program delivers a complete solution that delivers consistent food safety training to employees in five key areas of:

Cleaning and Sanitizing
Training is presented using the same principles and instructional design as the ServSafe Manager Program. Upon completion employees take a 40 question assessment to measure their knowledge and understanding of food safety.

ServSafe Food Manager Course
The ServSafe Food Manager Certification is a comprehensive food safety course that covers the 7th edition of the ServSafe Manager book. Once the course is completed, the ServSafe Food Manager Certification exam begins. Students can opt to take either the written exam or the online exam. Written exam results take 7 - 10 days to process while online exam results are available as soon as the online exam session has finished. The ServSafe Food Manager Certification is ideal for managers, chefs, and other supervisory team members.
